About the Legal Unit
The Legal Unit of the Schools Division Office of Camarines Norte provides legal assistance, opinions, and support services to school heads, teaching and non-teaching personnel, and offices within the Division. Replace this text from the admin panel.
Mandate & Functions
The Legal Unit handles administrative complaints and disciplinary cases, renders legal opinions on personnel and school matters, reviews contracts, memoranda of agreement, and other legal instruments, provides legal assistance in litigation involving the Division, and coordinates with the Civil Service Commission, Office of the Ombudsman, and other agencies as needed.
